Stuck on the final 2 - 19 ac Writer's writer? Thought it might be PENN?? 17 down Like Lyonesse, suppostedly no home for 13 ???E?S?A - If Penn is right all I can get is UNDERSEA (13 down is IMMERSED so that does not make sense unless the "No" is removed from the clue - HELP!!

Thanks both of you - I think I will have to go with that I also checked with Collins and it does not have that definition eiither!
For 14A, A?C?, a Roman history, initially mysterious: Livy's history of Rome "Ab Urbe Condita Libri" can be abbreviated to AUCL. Though I'm afraid I don't see the mysterious part....
Arch may fit if you check out The Mystery of the Arch of Titus in Rome
Also , Chambers gives 'Roman Catholic' for Roman - So - A RC H (initially)
