I think Ummm meant that she went to Scotland to meet her friend`s Mum. You`re reading it wrong

Is there a similar post today.?Sure I saw someone earlier ask how to cook Haggis and ask for a suggested sauce but I can't trace that post. :-(
My haggis has been simmering and I have weighed and prepped the Drambuie sauce btw. Swede in microwave left over from christmas and spuds simmering to mash.

We celebrated on Saturday. Bit of a kop out, I know, just picking the nearest Saturday. But we had fun.
There's a butchers on Great Junction Street Minty that sells the best haggis ever. Next time we meet up I'll pop in a get you one x Happy Burns Night

Never heard of freezers where you come from? Here in the south we don't suffer from white stuff to preserve our food .
Just had it with the rest of the meal. Delicious.Out the frezer.Into a bowl. Butter and pepper lobbed in. Cover and cook on high for 8 mins. Hot,tasty and delicious and no waste. I could be a Scot on that basis alone.!!
