I am 41 and not had a period for 10 weeks. Usually a short cycle of 3 wks or less. Feel ok but could this be the start of the menopause? I am healthy and eat well, not over or underweight or on any medication etc. What are the other signs/symtoms? Partner had vasectomy 11 yrs ago so know I'm not preggers!

Well it seems a little early but it can happen. I would certainly have a pregnancy test just in case, it has been known for people to get pregnant despite their partner having a vasectomy !! Best thing is to have a blood test and then it will show your hormone levels and tell you if you are heading into the menopause.
could it be the stree that your username refers to? this can stop your normal cycle.

i think you should make an appointment with the docs asap to get yourself checked out.

all the best

I am 56 years old and for the last 3 years I have had 1 period a year which lasts for approx 4 weeks, it's very heavy with lots of blood clots, I have no others symptoms to suggest that I am going through the menopause but it affects everyone differently so if it isn't bothering you then don't worry about it but have a check up just to reassure yourself. By the way I have just finished my latest period last weekend which is good because I go on holiday on monday. all the best.
what you doin under the cover Iggy ? lol :)
my friends husband had a vasectomy and she feel pregnant so dont rule it out get a test done then if your not pregnant go to your gp and he will check you over.good luck.
