I've got the two sources but now I'm completely stuck on the two lots of highlighting - any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Ripper,
For the highlighting, you need to the precise parts of the two sources, these are given in the preamble. Then look at the top and bottom rows of the grid and you will see two words that are antonyms. Change these according to the first source. And then refer back to the second precise source for the nine-letters NB the cells are not all letters ! They surround the individual at the top of the grid. The 10 cells to be highlighted are in the middle of the grid. Hope this helps !
