Far away is Stoke, not abroad. Those in Bedford get through. Those in Stoke don't.

Definitely check your settings even if you think you haven't changed them! My husbands phone stopped getting texts from me - it took son to delve into settings to find the cross against my name! (husband swore he'd changed nothing)

All sorted. A master reset has got rid of all the gremlins. It wasn't me, 'twas the phone.
