Probably wasn't but I timed myself on this quiz it took me 10 minutes. If the askers had waited until a bit nearer closing dates to ask for answers I could have understood it but two months ?

I know it's frustrating but as ever we need to take care when responding , a fine line to tread - there will always be two view points and I guess we shall never get full agreement between them.

It would probably better if all compilers were to set a date before which there was no asking for help - some apparently already do this.

This is an answerbank site and I myself do not mind anyone asking for answers no matter when the closing date is. In fact some people have asked for answers to question to my quizzes and the closing date has not been for a couple of months. Perhaps Ed should call this site a Wingeing site. ! not an answerbank site.

I know you are a setter too Guillie and in that regard you are different to many who do mind their quizzes being asked early - I feel following the guidelines as set out in the link provided by Baldric is all we can ask really.

I will add closing dates and setters requests to a post if not provided by an OP but hopefully politely - thereafter there's not much more can be done.
