I cried when I heard the recording on the news this morning. I had only just put my mascara on.

No I am not really

I AM really really pleased that both girls got bravery certificates
and I note the senior policeman has both his hands shown - holding their little heroine hands ...

and I hope Mum has surrendered her licence

Oh and it is the east lancs road A 380 and is probably the Culcheth roundabout

and it is all too slick and I thought mum was pretending .....
you know like sort of clutching her head when PC Quinn arrived and musing

I thought she was fabulous.

The part that i liked was when she said "I know how to do CPR but i am not very good at it."

I am not into "kids stories" but that just "got me."

Difficult not to unplug earphones,but am glad I listened to it all. Am very impressed by the call handler's demeanour throughout. Brave girl Lily ;)

Wow, that's so incredible. What a terrifying experience for the kids, but how well they reacted. Certainly deserve the commendation.

pp, surprised at your response. This child did extremely well, her family must be very proud of her.
