... Is it just me or does Matt Baker make an obvious effort to push his co-presenters off the end of the couch. If he leaned any closer to Konnie Huq he'd have pushed her off the couch, he does this with Alex as well

He does get a bit close, but maybe he has to in order to fit them both in the screen, or to show how matey they are.

Thinking on a little, maybe its the studio set. Perhaps the presenters smaller sofa and the bigger guests sofa are not at the right angles for natural conversation,ie more 90 degree. To me they look about 135 degree, any thoughts.

Matt Baker ruins whatever show he is on, he makes large chunks of Countryfile indecipherable due to his accent, can't understand what he's talking about.

He is over promoted and he is so high profile on so many shows. I remember cringing when he referred to HM Queen as her Royal Highness during the river Thames bash in the rain.

I think that he's a perfectly likeable presenter...everybody on here seems to know so much about live TV presenting, I wonder why they are not actually doing themselves?
