I have no sympathy whatsoever for this clown.

But I would like to see his parents on trial with him....the ones that managed to make such a complete balls up of bringing him up, that resulted in a child who smoked dope at age 6, to the adult who managed to kill a innocent man with his car.

I go with the flow here. We've brought up kids to think they can just say sorry and be incredibly self-centred as to how they feel above all. This is an example of the whirlwind being reaped. If kids are wrong they need to be told so, firmly, when they are small. Then they have a chance of growing up with some sense of responsibility.

Hyperbole aside, no one needs hanging. It's perfectly feasible one might feel a need for comfort when the enormity of what has occurred sinks in. But whether that was true or a lie it has no bearing on what happened, and should not affect the analysis nor outcome.
