Best Dry Food For Cats

I give my cat HiLife pouches as there is 50% meat instead of Felix/Whiskas 4% meat. Also a small handful of dry kibble for her teeth. But what is best to avoid in dry food? I know there are certain things used that are unnecessary, and possibly bad for cats, so can anyone tell me the best dry food for cats and what to look out for on the ingredients? And do they help her teeth stay healthy anyway? Thanks all. I always leave a bowl of water by the way but she never touches it!
