I'v been enjoying the occasional mug of hot chocolate lately but no matter how much I stir the mixture, I always seem to end up with a load of undissolved powder in the bottom of the cup.
Anybody got any tried and trusted ways to avoid this little problem ?
TIA.

Add just a small amount of liquid frost and whisk to make a paste then gradually add the rest of the hot liquid.
Not 'frost' of course but 'first'

Thank's Mam, Think I got it nailed now, by mixing up the powder with some hazelnut syrup.
Grand, enjoy.
I really want to try liquid frost now. It sounds magical. Pitty it was a typo.
Liquid frost. Love it! :o} You get it in Ireland, on the top of a pint of Guinness.

Liquid Frost ? Just chuck a couple of marshmallows in, that should do ya.
