can i use my 2wks hoilday as my 2wks notice??

If you have 2 weeks left to take in this leave year, what you are allowed to take before you leave will be pro rata.

It's up to the company whether they let you take it as part of your notice or not. If they don't, they will have to pay you it in lieu.

ive been working for my company for about 8 months,i want to leave. but im not sure how many wks notice ive gotta give,whether its 1 or 2 wks or if they would let me use my hoildays i have left .

i would really like it if they let me use my hoildays,rather than have a confrontation with them. also i dont really want to ask my manager about it my notice, but i think i might have to;

i would book the holiday first, get it ok'd and then hand your resignation in.
