I need to renew my blue badge and decided to do it online.I filled most of the form in OK but then it asked me to upload a digital photograh(passport size to put on blue badge).I don't know how to do this although I have a built in webcam.
can anyone advise please

Presumably you have software that interacts with the camera to allow you to take and save pictures ? Use that, perhaps use photo software to crop/size, then upload.

Do you have a scanner? Scan it to desktop or whatever and upload it.!
