Hi,
First you open the Outlook and go to File tab menu.then click account settings and click add account button.then select manual setup server types.after that select service select IMAP or POP.In the same window go to the Advanced tab and verify the following.
Incoming server (IMAP): 993 or 143
Incoming server encrypted connection: SSL
Outgoing server (SMTP): 587 or 465
Outgoing server encrypted connection: TLS or Auto
Then After click OK button.
After that you face any problem then call 0800 078 6002
i hope this answer will help you
Thanks
