Amazing how this has made listeners feel, brilliant acting. I could feel rage building up at the thought of an "Ursula" trying to take my grandchild away.
Pat and Tony should have known better than allow her to collect the child in the first place. They shouldn't have taken him to the Hospital either, especially after what Kirsty told them.

I'm afraid that they have been far too naive all along.
I agree mikey, they can be very silly, for business people surely they would be more savvy than they are. I think the way Rob speaks to his mother tells a story, seems that he and his father look on women as inferior to them.

I think Henry will find himself in boarding school quite soon ...
Despite Helen being in jail, she still has parental responsibility for Henry, and that included having a say in where he goes to school. Therefore, Rob can not simply send him off to boarding school, even if the school agreed to take a 5yo.

I note that Helen's opinion was not taken into account re the homing of Henry, despite the fact that she is his natural mother ... if that's the case for his homing, why should his schooling be any different?
The family court case was Pony & Tat v Rob, not Helen.
As yet, Helen hasn't been able to express her views clearly to anyone.
No matter what - Henry will find himself boarding soon. Ursula will insist on it.
Can't believe the judgement. If Helen is considered unbalanced (which we all know isn't true) then why is her cedence of parental authority to Rob taken into account? Too much listening to children is a good lesson to be learned.
I love the 'Pony & Tat' comment by Lenny, I think I'll adopt it:-)

Helen wasn't part of the court case, it was P&T V Rob. Rob has a PR order, P&T don't. It really is that simple.

Rob can't change Henry's school without Helen agreeing to it, as they both have parental responsibility.

If you like Pony and Tat, try PTSD. Pat and Tony's Stupid Daughter :-)
So could Helen get a PR order for Tat and Pony as well to get round that? Is it only Helen who can request them?

I don't see Rob and Ursula bothering to go through the formal niceties of asking H's permission for Henwee to go to BS.
The school will not take a 5yo without there being exceptional circumstances, currently there is only 1 5yo at boarding school in the UK. They would be acting illegally if they took Henry in without the consent of all parties who have PR.

Helen needs to divorce Rob and terminate his PR via a court, that is the simplest way to sort this out.
Thanks Lenny. How easy would it be for her to take away his PR? Does he get a say in it at all? Is it a given that the court would agree?
I'm not sure how easy it is. I suspect that a divorce and criminal proceedings would help sway their decision.
Thank you. We shall see. Can't wait.
