Small Pond In A Very Shady Area

Has anyone got any advice/links - I wanted to put a small pond in a very shady area
In the winter it is entirely in shade and in the summer it gets about 2 hours of sunlight
It's north facing in the shadow of my neighbours garage.

Is this possible and could I have any fish/frogs in it

Yes, I read the article as well. I was thinking of a pond just deep enough to splash over the top of the burglars wellies :-)

Mine is pretty well shaded and does ok. You might have a problem with water temperature to get the fish going in spring, and waterlilies won’t be keen but its worth giving a go.

Yes, I think its feasible.
You really need about 18" of depth for fish. I'd be inclined to go for frogs and other amphibians.
Perhaps go for a D shaped pond, with the straight edge at the front with shade loving plants around the curved side.
