Did they cordon off London to allow all the stupidity?
They should have been prosecuted for speeding and driving with no care and attention. It was an absolute disgrace.
viewing figures down again 2.4m this week from 2.8 last week.
Haven't seen it yet but most criticism is headed toward Chris Evans directly.
Seems there is a decent show in there somewhere with a bit of presenter juggling. (ha maybe that should be a new segment).
I enjoyed last weeks features and the editing and camera work is as good as old top gear I think.
@Themotley1 - who do you think could succesfully replace him? Do you think thats the only problem with the new format?
I'm also having second thoughts about the top gear extra program - that seems to be desperately thin in content and seems to only include the bit of the audience who dont have homes to go to.
I haven't managed to see a full episode yet, last night for EG I was mainly watching football...what I have seen doesn't seem too bad but maybe that's the keys it's fine in small doses.
Its like TFI Friday with some cars (and all Chris Evans' pals). Also, why does he have to blatantly cheat at the tasks - ie only taking a car door to the top of the hill; and pouring water into the large spilled cocktail?!
I've just finished watching it on iPlayer, and I agree Mikey, it was actually quite good.
I especially like the new presenter, Rory Reid. I've been watching the TG Extra show he does on BBC 3, and he is really good.
I also really enjoyed Matt's trip around London.
