In my opinion where they are is most likely, just, 'quarters' are a reasonable chance, 'semis' possible but unlikely, 'final' is rank outsider.

One has only to look at our football league to know that England isn't, at the moment, capable of producing world class players, it's dominated by foreign players.
With schools selling off the sports fields and the policy of non competitive games, where exactly do these top quality players come from?
