I've misplace my customer number and don't want to start searching for it if there's an easier way.

all nationwide on line customers should have a card reader to give an 8 number code to access your account, have you not got one, and no, you will have to call them to get a new number
If you've lost your customer number you'll have to order a new and it'll come through the post.

That's it! Below the space to enter the number there's a link to click on if you've forgotten it.
And I bet you'll get it through the post so it might be worth looking for it.
Question Author
I managed to get it by clicking on the link and using the card reader.
I've put it in an e-mail to myself so will know where it is in the future.
Are you on about your pin code?
Question Author
No it's not the pin code. When you log on you need to enter a 10 digit customer number. There's an option to 'save' it but I never have.
