Now it seems to be a part of life ;-/

Try Buscopan. You can buy them over the counter. They are a muscle relaxant and I have found them brilliant for what you have.

They don't help it jack, consultant prescribed them. GP has put me on Alverine, which seem to have helped, but not tonight :(

One of the medications I am on is Baclofen, also a muscle relaxant.

Trouble is I roll out of bed in the wee hours ;-)

ozz, am not keen on "central nervous system depressant", daren't mix that with all rest of junk I have to take ;)
Gonna put tv on and lie on sofa,...that usually sends me off
