Sorry you've got it, too, hollie. It's horribly painful, isn't it. I've had it for about 3 months now, but it is slowly improving. I do all the exercises on the website (getting quite stylish at picking up a towel with my toes) but what has helped most is getting a leg and foot massage from a local beautician and masseur. I've begun going every fortnight and the relief and improvement is immediate. Also very good is standing with toes on a step edge and lowering heels below step level. Hope this helps. :)
