How about a seperate section for Diet and Exercise?There always seems to be a fair amount of questions on BS relating to these subjects(5 today) and it would give us a place to swap tips and support each other while trying to lose weight.


Beofre anyone suggests it - yes, I do know I need to eat less and exercise more.

well we all know how to lose weight when we need to but it is a motivational thing! I use the weightwatchers points thing and make sure i keep within the recommended daily maximum but it isn't always easy if u lead a busy life. There is a lady at work who is always looking out for us and checking we are 'being good' as she puts it. That is something to keep reminding me to not put 40p in the vendor for a kitkat!!!!!!!!!!!! lol

Thanks Dot. The motivation thing is kind of what I meant.There's a few of us on here who don't work and are home alone or with young kids and don't have anyone to keep us on the straight and narrow.


Even though we know the rules ,as you said, it isn't always easy to stick to them. People on here could look out for each other and keep each other going.


ach,I'm just being moany cause my weight loss has slowed right down and i'm pretty sure a large Dominoes pizza is not the right way to kickstart it again.LOL

Actually there are alot of people that do not realise that simply cutting out white bead can make an amazing difference, i didn;'t know until about 5 years ago that I had an intolerance to wheat, which seems bizarre to not know but why would I? Anyway, I find that if i do succumb to the odd subway or pizza i feel lethargic and bloated, I now avoid white bread and only have a pizza occasionally.
