Morning all.. woke up early hours of this morning ..thought I had toothache.. but after hot/cold drinks.. toast ..I don't think its toothache as such.. the pain is through top and bottom teeth.. only one side.. and coming and going..throbbing..achy ..Ibuprofen has helped a bit.. and its not an awful pain .. just a bit uncomfortable.. Could it be Neuralgia?.. Mrs C x

If you can and drink without pain, or even want to, I doubt it is neuralgia which is a very painful condition that often doesn't respond to ibuprofen
What is neuralgia>
Sounds like it is a dental problem.
Ibuprofen 400mgms at least and monitor the situation.

could be sinus related. When my sinuses play up I get pain in my top and bottom front teeth. Nose rarely blocks unless I ignore it and I often don’t get the characteristic “mask” pain.
Hi Crisper, I had pains in my top and bottom teeth on one side about 3 weeks ago. A couple of days later I had a head cold and sure my sinuses were infected. The pain didn't last for long though as the cold came out. I was very worried it was Trigeminal Neuralgia coming back that I had suffered about 10 years ago. Hope you get it sorted soon.

crisper try using either a saline nasal spray (sterimar) or a steroid nasal spray (beconase) or both but not at the same time.
