I have an advert which I set up to advertise my musical. I had real trouble turning off the advert - or pausing it, and Facebook KEPT taking money from my PayPal. Eventually I worked out how to pause it, but I have just seen they have taken £1.12 from my account via PayPal. This is so annoying, and I cannot anywhere find a link to talk to a real person about it. Has anyone else found this, and what can I do?!

"When you pause or delete a boost, the boost will stop and you'll stop accruing new charges. It's important to remember that you don't pre-pay when you boost a post. That means you may be billed after pausing or deleting your boosted Page post for the impressions or clicks that occurred while your boost was active"

Thanks Buenchico. Disgraceful. You pause the advert to say you no longer want to make payments (but don't want to cancel it as you may want to start it up again when you can afford it) and they still charge you regardless. Like Facebook needs any more money..
