They are going out to frighten and intimidate people armed with what looks like weapons (how can you tell if fake or not from a distance?). Sooner or later someone will get seriously hurt or worse....I hope it is soon stopped and those caught threatened with arrest. This is certainly a good guise for the criminal element to get away with anything they want to IMO as if caught in the act can always maintain it was harmless 'fun'.
