Teletext Holidays

I have been looking for a holiday for next year, and a family member suggested teletext holidays.
A lot of the reviews aren't good. Price hikes after initial booking etc.
The deal I found is good, but does not fall into the " if it's too good to be true " category. Anyone used them and had problems? TIA
