Very often though, stretch marks aren't visible until the size is reduced. For example, with pregnancy the stretch marks may not always appear until after the birth.
Certainly the skin on the upper chest is very thin and fragile and the weight of the implants can cause this to stretch and wrinkle alarmingly over time. Think of those 'crepey' cleavages you see on some older ladies.

as said above it depends very much on the individual and the type of skin/change in size
