There are lots of possible OUT models and if she is representing her party's view that free movement should remain under whatever is agreed then I'm not sure what is wrong with that. I doubt the final Brexit solution will please all Brexit voters,
If the vote had been 52/48 in favour of Remain I'm sure UKIP and Brexiters within the Tories (and some in Labour) would still have been pressing for a reduction in free movement and reduced powers from Brussels. It's what parties do.
