But I am finding this hour going back and forwards throughout the year doing my lid in. I am looking at last week it was 12.30 and and now it is 23.31 that is how I was feeling. I hate these hours going back and forward - they wreck me. don't know where I am. truly hate it.

Even in the morning I AM ACTUALLY HAVing A CHAT WITH MR BOATY. ACH JESUS - I DON'T USUALLY RISE UNTIL 10.00AM. - sorry for uppitys.

The clocks changing can mess you up for a while, I found it harder when the children were young - they adapted quickly, I didn't.

I don't think 'nonsense' is too hard a criticism to take, maybe slightly off but not enough to worry about - you develop broad shoulders on here.

And midnight now at 11pm , what about High Eleven a.m. doen't seem the same as noon, would the film end differently ? They should leave the clocks on G.M.T.
