Remote Control

Got a new Sky remote control and followed instructions re connecting it to TV - followed instructions to a fault and still I can't get it to connect.

When you hit TV button etc whatever - the remote seems to do things typical of a TV but not of Sky but when you try to get onto Sky remote control doesn't work.

Anybody help - thanks.

If you are using a new version remote for an older Sky box you will need to program it
