I'd like to say thank you to the Staff at the hospital I was in the other day there care was second to none.

I also feel that the 'body' who runs the hospital should know that the staff are brilliant - far better than the hospital I usually attend I must say.

But to whom do I write?

You could write directly to the ward for immediate attention, and send a copy to the Trust HQ - address is probably on their stationary, or the Internet.
The Hospital Administrator oversees all staff so him/her I guess. I would also sent a letter of thanks to the head of the ward or department in which I received the treatment so that they know that they are appreciated.
I'd write to the Chief Exec.

Copy in Sir Bruce Keogh whatsisface if you fancy

;)
^^^^ except don't adress it like that :)

Thank you guys.

The dr in A&E was brilliant...as were the nurses.

I'll investigate when I go home.

I promise I won't do that bednobs ;)
perhaps this is something Facebook would be useful for?

Could be an option Jno :)
Write to the chief exec. Do not do what one of my patients did, which was write via her solicitor , and he barely glanced at it, sent it down to the PALS office with the other complaints letters, where it was read properly, and re-routed back with the compliments!

Whoops
