Wrist?

Having mentioned my clicky wrist a while back, last night I leant on the radiator with my right hand whilst securing the wobbly loo seat and felt a sharp pain through my wrist. I tried to flick it around to 're-set' it but something had moved inside it- it was so painful and hurt when I clenched or bent it. After a few mins of attempting to flick and manoeuvre it, something cracked and it went back "in". Really painful and hasn't happened before. Any idea what might be the cause - just my hypermobility? And is there anything I can do to stop it happening again?

There is little doubt that you have had a dislocation of your wrist joint ( can't tell which bones from your description) which has "righted" itself. This is common with people who have hypermoblity syndrome and no, there is nothing that you can do about it.
