Task Bar In Windows 7

...Can someone help me please. My taskbar now shows on the right hand side instead of along the bottom of the screen. How do I put it back where it was.

Click on a blank space on the task bar, keeping the mouse button held down. Then drag the bar back to the foot of your screen. (It can sometimes take several attempts). Then right-click on the task bar and select the option to lock it.

Just 'drag & drop' it back to where you want it. To stop it moving again right click on the taskbar and 'lock' it.
