I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 , it is about 4 years old ,it is not charging properly, has been on all night and is only 77%, do you think it is the charger. Also I keep getting pop ups about the ram being full, is this just a trick ,or is the ram really full, if so what can i do about this ?

After 4 years use I would expect the battery to be failing. Have you tried a different charger?
