I visit South Africa quite regularly; I am there now. There is an increasing feeling that ALL whites are at some sort of risk - physically or financially.
The Black Empowerment laws mean that strict numbers of black people must be employed by most businesses. A commercial fishing company has been forced to cut its fleet - and lay off workers - because suitable black candidates were not available.
It is now not unusual to see white beggars on the streets of Johannesburg and black drivers racing past them in luxury cars. The times are a changing.
