There is a programme on BBC Scotland this Thursday at 9.00pm, (Growing up in Scotland), that I would like to watch.
Is that possible?
On BBC iPlayer??
Thanks

It should be - search via the title or category rather than by channel
If you have SKY, then simply choose it from the list of different BBCs. I am guessing Freeview works in the same way.

"BBC One Scotland can be seen on all television platforms in Scotland, on channel 1, or 101, depending on the system, and in other areas of the UK via satellite, cable and on some other digital television platforms. Programmes shown exclusively on BBC One Scotland can also be watched again across the UK for 7 days after transmission on the BBC iPlayer service"

Will try both suggestions and let you know how I get on.
(Don't have Sky.)
If you open Iplayer, choose "Channels", select 1 then scroll to the bottom of the page you will find "Change Location". Click on that and you can change it to "Scotland".
