This story is just plain weird. I really don't understand how she can think that she looks good. She looked nice with her original boobs and skin colour.

Who, in their right mind, would want two humongous Maltesers stuck to the front of their body?

I'm not sure she does have body dismorphia. She knows that her skin is very dark but wants to 'push it to the extreme'.
She describes her skin as 'African dark'.

She has a "quest to become the “ultimate real-life Barbie bimbo”".

If she does have body dismorphia would she not see herself as pale skinned and flat chested?
Looks like a bloke. An ugly one.
The most disgraceful thing is the 'surgeon' who agreed to do it.
GOOD GRIEF !!!
What is she going to look like in a few years when her Boobs have sagged ? She will keep tripping over them!
She looks so much older than 28.. Such a shame !
Her face looks like it needs a good wash!
No stretch of the imagination would call her now a "glamour model"
I unfortunately saw her photo yesterday, all I could think was it gave a whole new meaning to Otto von Titslinger's 'Over the shoulder boulder holder' from Beaches. One positive thing, she'll never fall flat on her face.
She reminded me of a steam train trip I took on the North York's Railway......past Fylingdales
It's enough to frighten the horses.
