Wallflower Problem
1 Answers
Wallflowers, which I love, seem to reach their peak later every year. Bedding plants seem to come into the garden centres earlier each year ( and sell out earlier, too.) I can't keep the bedding plants in their packs for very long, I have no greenhouse to protect them from frost, and I hate to pull out the wallflowers when they have scarcely begun to bloom. Do I have to pot up the bedding plants in separate pots for a matter of three weeks , or is there a better answer to this ? If I do have to pot the plants up separately, are some varieties better than others ?
