Today I have received a parking charge notice from euro car parks stating that my car did not have a parking ticket on 2nd May 2017 when it was parked for 50 minutes. I absolutely refute this. I have never ever parked and not paid or in fact broken the law ever. The problem is that I throw my parking tickets in my recycling bin which was emptied on Monday so I have no way of proving I did not pay. What do I do?
^ Yes there will be a note on the notice telling you how to appeal.
Insist on seeing a photo of the notice on the car.
By the way you have NOT broken any law , this is just a bill for payment of a parking charge! It is NOT a fine, but the parking company try to make the notice look like a fine! To scare people into paying.

They have not taken a case to court for years as they lost the last case and it cost them £ thousands in compensation and court fees!
If there was no notice on your car regarding payment. My advise is to
write back and threaten them that you are prepared to go to court to fight this case. I feel they will write back to you and apologize for the inconvenience they have caused. They certainly will not go to court with you, because they have too much to lose.
I am appealing my own ticket thro the channels on the back of the ticket. I photographed the ticket ( phone v useful) and the spazz-card. to show there was one clearly visible
they have to show there wasnt one
ingternally - there is an external appeal once the internal ones have been exhausted which you must go down
it is NOT instantaneous .... mineis outstanding from April
