I try to submit and the next page opens up with the following message...

What does this mean?

sorry kingy -this is not an answer but i am having exactly the same problem, so much so that i haven't even been able to submit my question asking why i can't submit my question!!!

let's hope you get some answers so that i can submit my original question about my computer which i need an urgent answer to!!
