Problem With Whatsapp Video

Further to my last problem, thanks for answers, I understand this now....but now there is a new problem. I have a Samsung Galaxy J5 2016 phone. All has been fine until this evening, I could not open a video on WhatsApp, it just kept loading. I switched phone off and on again, then clicked on the still fuzzy video.. but it loaded and I could watch it. However it is still fuzzy in WhatsApp until I click on it, and it will not save into my photo gallery. Hope this is clear! Sorry about all the probs .....
