hahahaha you gotta laff at these AB one liners !
criminal proceedings have to be retrospective if you think about it for a second
Heysel - it's a foreign jurisdiction innit ?
well you might say - that doesnt matter (!) they must have manslaughter by gross negligence (doodslag door grove nalatigheid or sumfing) and indeed they do:
https:/ /en.wik ipedia. org/wik i/Heyse l_Stadi um_disa ster
and you will learn there that the police were convicted of manslaughter - and not retrospectively ! - slightly nearer the time
o god there are times ya gorra laff at AB !

Yet another post that I can neither make head, tail, rhyme nor reason of/from, but nothing new there....
I'm just pointing out that those 'fans' who caused deaths at Heysel(no police involvement) were never prosecuted, but then most were never given up by their mates on Merseyside, thus it was difficult for the authorities.
Ironically it's as a result of Liverpool's fans actions at Heysel resulted in football crowds being penned in and treated as they were during the 80's.
