Tesco To Start Same Delivery Soon.

Went on-line to shop at Tesco today, and that was the notice.

Dont know if its everywhere in the UK, but it could be useful for some, and I would have thought, that delivery charges might be more?

I use the Tue/Wed/Thurs option, which only cost £3 a month.

Same day delivery - yes I got the message too, could prove useful.

I have the anytime delivery pass.

I have the Delivery Saver plan,£60 pa for free delivery. The most convenient time for me is Sunday evening which would cost £6 so I have a massive saving of over £200.

Haven't shopped with Tesco for years....and this won't change that....

Yes it is a saving - the same day deal means you have to have shopped and checked out by 1pm.

Coming to my area by the end of summer they say.

Not sure I like the same day deal.I usually have items to add to my original order.

I can see it being handy for some, last minute arrangements etc but less important for me.

I shop over a couple of days and always add at the last minute.

amazon are starting 2 hr delivery!

If you go on line at Tesco at say 5am you can get same day delivery already but the slots are from 7pm onwards.

I have Amazon Prime Mamya, and its only the next day delivery at the moment, but thats still good for me.
