When I open my Word Document in Windows 10, the cursor is aligned at the very top of the page - the usual top margin is missing.

Any idea how I re-set it to the proper standard format please?

Thanks.

PS: If you find that you're already using Print Layout anyway, see here: https://support.office.com/en-gb/article/My-top-margin-is-missing-993773e9-4be6-44ae-b9ab-7e0a5d2b8298

That sounds as if you've got 'web layout' selected instead of 'print layout'. In my version of Word (Starter 2010) the buttons to switch between the modes are located at the bottom right of the page. I suggest hovering your mouse over any buttons you see in that area to see if you can find the right one to change to the correct mode. (If your version of Word is totally different to mine, try pressing F1 to bring up the help menu in order to find out how to change modes).
