making email photos smaller

I keep getting photos on my email that are huge I cannot see them properly how do I get them smaller please.

you should be able to save these pictures, then if you have windows xp open them in windows picture and fax viewer - I'm pretty sure there is some standard photo editing software within windows xp these days that allows you to resize them.
