coldsore question

does anyone know of any home grown remedies to help get rid of coldsores?

Ice Cube at tingle stage
Tea bag[wet] at tingle stage

sage and tea tree oil eh? i'l try anything!! been going with the fresh air, sunshine thing, though i've always thought that aftershave would work seein as the alcohol would dry it out.

Yes as the other poster says, when you get the tingle put old spice after shave on, i say old spice cos my mum uses that one, but i spose anyone would do the same. x

i used to use zovirax when i'd get one but i have been taking vit c with extra zinc supplement and i haven't had a coldsore for over a year now!

over a year! mine seems to come back regular as clockwork every 10 months or so. that one will def be getting tried.
