You can use an ordinary yoghurt pot to mix but i use a 1kg tub which usually gives me about 3 servings. A layer of Greek style yoghurt, a couple of tablespoons of porridge oats, some sliced fruits (i use strawberries, bananas, bueberries, mango, etc, etc) then a layer of low fat fruit yoghurt. Give it a good stir and repeat until your pot is full, remembering to stir in each layer. Leave it in the fridge overnight which allows the yoghurt to 'cook' the porridge. Serve up with a little more sliced fruit. It's different, it's healthy and it's very tasty. In fact, it's quite more-ish and the difficulty is not helping yourself to seconds.
