Ads On Bt-Yahoo Mail

They just appeared yesterday. one on the top line of mail and the rest down the right hand side.When I try to delete the top one it disappears but a different one takes its place continuously :o( How can I get rid of them please? I have windows 10 and firefox

Rosy the best solution is upload the unmentionable."She who must me obeyed" uses BT Mail and the number of ads were ridiculous until I installed Ad block plus. Use the Firefox version when asked to. YoU must however turn it off when using AB. (^_*)

Thank you Togo, I have had the unmentionable for years (but not on AB :0) but maybe it has turned itself off so I had better check, seems a lot of stuff going wrong for me ATM. in the pc world :0( Thank you for replying

If your icon is still showing top left of screen, just left click and "enable" it Rosy. If it has been lost during a W10 patch install, or upgrade you may have to re-install it.

Still trying to get rid of these ads, my adblock is enabled but no joy. I did try to re install it but it comes up that I am on Windows XP for some reason. Havent had that for years, I has W7 before I changed to 10. Is this something I have to live with then? I am a bit hopeless with technology I'm afraid (still trying to figure out my VHS machine...rofl)Thank you Togo for your last reply, Rosy

Rosy, uninstall it and r-install w10 version for firefox.

Thank you Togo, honestly wouldn't dare do that by myself,would get myself in a bit of a state :0( but when my daughter comes over I will ask her to help, she put windows 10 on in the first place so reckon she owes me
