I'm Irish so it tends to be boiled bacon and cabbage and lots of spuds. Served with lots of butter and a cup of cabbage juice :-)

Sliced gammon; buttery mash with shredded cabbage mashed thru it, and he wanted an egg too lol
blooming lovely !!

If only I could get Mr Alba interested in a gammon joint again.....
(He's become rather precious when it comes to food, the numpty)
I'm not a fan of bacon/gammon but I love the spuds and cabbage. I always put a slice on my plate though.
Do you have any left for sandwichs tomorrow
