Friday. T'internet was playing silly games, but seems to have settled down now. We shall see. T'aint the poota, coz it's the same on the wee kindle. Such fun I have!

No frost or snow, all tranquil, Wonderful. Not for long though according to yer wee man. Well it is supposed to be winter.

Out to lunch today, meeting up with my oppo from Yate, we will be doing some quality control in the Old Spot in Dursley. I'm looking forward to that.

Good Morn Boaty / Murray xx / Campers, footpaths this morning very slippery, there will be a few on their backsides this morning, off to see My Mother in Menai Bridge this morning, then god willing to her party in Jan 2018 her 100th, I hope all goes well for her between today & then.

Morn Alba xx, I have sent the form to B.P Murray, they send the card direct to the care home, I shall be chatting to the manager this morn regards the cost of the cake, when I last spoke to her she said they foot the bill for the other party items, I will contribute to that.xx

when I was a nipper, one of my great-aunts would come out with some corkers.
On a trip to Scottyland to visit her nephew (my dad and his family) we trundled through the Clyde Tunnel - on coming out the other side she screeched
'aaahh, terra firma'

She wore stays and stood for the National Anthem at the close of the TV channel at 10pm.

Mm, how on earth can anyone obtain poa without consent from the person involved unless the person is unable to provide consent because of upon as ( eg dementia) ?

I know this post is to Waterboatman but I always look on them to see how his shower is going on which is the pits at the mo.

Minty - I knew a tiny bit about your circumstances but not the whole. I know you were so good to your mother and I couldn't fathom how you are coping as you loved and worshipped your mother. I don't know how you are getting through it because if the same thing was happening in my family - I think I would turn killer to get my mother back. How dare they your brother and sister. It is awful to think you won't see her again - what a terrible cross. But you are a good Catholic and your faith will see you through. Really sorry Minty xxxx
